Terms and Conditions

If you signed up for a free trial, you will not incur any charges during the free trial period. After the free trial period, users will automatically subscribe for a monthly paid subscription that will be charged on the first day of each subsequent month. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by informing Brokers Buds in writing by either sending a message to @BrokerBuds on Slack, or by sending an email to hello@broker-buds.com. Cancelled subscriptions will not be eligible for any refunds and the subscription will expire on the last day of the then current subscription period.

You agree that you will not allow anyone else to gain access to your Broker Buds account or any content provided by Broker Buds, and that you are only authorized to visit, view and to retain a copy of information that Broker Buds provides for your own personal business use. You shall not distribute or share any information that Broker Buds provides to others for any purpose whatsoever.

You agree that you are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all local ticket brokering or other laws and regulations applicable to you and your jurisdiction. Under no circumstances shall Brokers Buds be held liable for any damages, assessments, penalties or any other costs that result from your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Broker Buds provides ticket brokers with purchasing advice, tips and other information (collectively "Advice") based on expectations and more than 20 years of ticket brokering experience. You agree that any Advice provided involves risks and uncertainties; Broker Buds does not guarantee outcomes, and actual results may differ significantly from expectations. Under no circumstances shall Broker Buds be responsible for any losses, liabilities or any other costs whatsoever that you may incur as a result of relying on Advice or your acting on any information that Broker Buds may provide you with as part of its service. Broker Buds makes no guarantee of any specific result from the use of its service and will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of its service.
